Every customer sees the same rate card and the same itemised breakdown — base freight, loading, unloading, fuel, GST and any add-ons. There is no agent mark-up that varies per customer, and no surprise charges at delivery.

You record a short video or photo of your goods. Our vision model estimates the dimensions and volumetric weight, then suggests which truck the load fits in — so you don't need measuring tape or guesswork. (On this site it's a demo; the live product connects to a real vision model.)

A single plug-in unit per truck combining GPS, a load-weight sensor, an in-cabin alcohol sensor, and cabin + front cameras. It streams live data to your TruckSetu app and raises instant alerts for overload, alcohol, harsh driving, route deviation and unauthorised passengers.

For smaller part-loads, buses are often faster, run more frequently, and handle fragile goods with less damage. Rail is the cheapest for heavy, non-urgent loads. TruckSetu compares bus, road and rail so you choose what's right for each shipment.

Two groups: customers and businesses who send goods and want a fair, instant price; and transporters who own trucks and want to keep drivers accountable. Booking agents can also use the platform to offer transparent rates and win trust.
